  • Personalized design consultation

  • Assistance in sourcing décor, linens, candles, and styling elements

  • Vendor recommendations based on your vision and budget

  • Ongoing guidance throughout the planning process

  • Complete styling and coordination of the ceremony and reception, including sweetheart table and welcome table

  • Visual refinement to ensure a cohesive, polished look

 

Optional décor sourcing available. Material billed separately.

This is ideal for couples who have most of their day planned but want professional help to ensure the ceremony and the transition to the reception run smoothly.

  • On-site coordinator (coverage runs 1 hour before the ceremony and continues for 2 hours after)

  • Processional and recessional direction

  • Ceremony Coordination (music, officiant, and wedding party cueing)

  • Guest flow guidance
